Frank DeGrazio Roofing Roofer took my money and I got NOTHING. I paid for shingles and never got them. Roofer is non-responsive. Norristown, Pennsylvania

I contracted with Frank DeGrazio roofing for a new roof in November. I paid a deposit upfront for the materials.  It was Easter and the roof never got done.  I got a different roofer to do my roof.  DeGrazio's foreman said he could restock the shingles and give me the remainder of  my deposit - I agreed.  

Mr. DeGrazio did not honor the foreman's agreement.  I have repeatedly asked for the shingles that I paid for to donate to Habitat for Humanity - Mr. DeGrazio won't budge.  The man won't even return my calls.  He answered the phone once and that is the ONLY time I have spoken to the man. 

I went to a lawyer and he said I should go to the police and file a theft by deception report.
The police were less than helpful and indicated they cannot help, it is a civil matter.
I wrote to the Bureau of Consumer Protection - they won't help because I am the first to file a complaint about Mr. DeGrazio even though I provided a list of 20 lawsuits against him in Montgomery county. 
My latest attempt is the BBB but that is not helping. 

If anyone else is having a problem with this roofer, please contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection to let the Attorney General know.   Please help stop this man from running a business and just taking people's money.
