Frank Kern is a complete scam - if he was straight up he would provide a membership cancellation option on your membership page; he does not.
The entire infomillionaire product is based on people being too lazy to contact their bank to have the credit card transactions cancelled.
End of story.
You would think that Frank being such a clever internet savvy person, would find it easy to provide a simple "Cancel Membership" option on your membership page - there really isn't a comeback on that one Frank.
I was a member, and am in the process of getting it cancelled. Do not buy any product from Frank Kern or his co-scam artist Trey Smith. Look out for some warning videos to be posted on YouTube.

Cancellation Is VERY Easy: InfomillionaireSupport.com

This is in response the the person identifying themselves as "Inspector" from Tobyhanna, Penn. (above).
Cancellation is (and has always been) very easy.
Members can cancel by clicking the support/billing links in their members' area as described above, or they can go to infomillionairesupport.com.
Additionally, they can simply reply to any email sent from InfoMillionaire and request cancellation. We have a full time support staff and all cancellation requests, support inquiries, and billing issues are typically resolved on they same day they were submitted.
Finally, customers can call the toll free number that is listed at the bottom of every email sent.
There are absolutely no "hoops" to jump through. We have absolutely no interest in trying to prevent anyone from canceling their membership ...and make it very easy and convenient for our customers to do so if they choose.
After re-reading the original report, it appears that the person's primary complaint was not about being unable to cancel, but rather the absence of a "button" for cancellation within the members' area.
(There is a link to support, where people can cancel their membership. So I'm not sure why that person was having an issue.)
It would be extremely helpful in resolving these issues if customers would leave their real names. Even initials would do (as long as you include your city).

There are two links in the members' area for support.

There are actually two separate links within the members' area for support/billing.
The first one is on the home page, directly above the welcome video. It says "Click here for support" in big blue letters.
The second link is actually a tab and is visible at all times, regardless of which page you are on within the members' area. It says "Support/Billing".
Infomillionaire has a full time support staff and cancellation requests are typically processed the same day.
Additionally, our contact information (including phone number) is posted at the bottom of every email that is ever sent to any of our prospects and/or customers.
And finally, we inform all customers about our dedicated support page *immediately* after joining InfoMillionaire. That support page is here: http://www.infomillionairesupport.com
Every single support inquiry (billing or otherwise) is archived within our system and stored indefinitely.
Since the person who left this report didn't leave a name or contact information, I am unable to help them unless they contact our company.
They can use our support system or they can email me personally :
1. Cancel their membership.
2. Refund every penny of every product they have ever purchased.
3. Give them lifetime free membership as a gold member.
If emailing me personally, please use the subject "I'm the person from Ripoff Report" so I will see your email.
