ln November, 2011 l was involved in a car accident. State Farm gave me a paid rental car from Heirtz, however, Heirtz has a devise on thier car called ''PlatePass'' and this devise will make our life a living hell!
l paid for it in whole and they still send me this bill (June 2012) to pay the bill.
l have tried so many times to contact them and l just been put on hold FOR HOURS at a time.
l have asked them to call me back...THEY DONT!
l have sent feedback via email...NO RESPONSE!
The only contact I get from them is to pay this bill or it will go into collections (mind you, this bill is paid)
I strongly recommend to go to another car rental. lf not...you might be going through this nightmare and it's not fun at all.
