Frank Toyota Service Staff Beware of Scrupulous Practices National City California

Beware of Scrupulous Mechanical Repair Practices at this location Also with the head Service Mechanic at this location. We have been loyal Customer since we purchased new toyota Sienna for my wife . She and my self always felt this was a honest and reliable Auto dealership service center, But this incident changed my mind and Now after looking back at several Repair jobs it made me think how many repair jobs were unnecessary. "Case in point " On March 13, of 2015.  The service Machanic and service writer their, Recommeded to my wife that her sienna needed a very needed Wheel alignment and her van also needed new tires and they were very glad to the work, But, Let me go back a bit , Prior of this incident Toyota did a Full all around Brake job for the total of 494.26 But, after a couple of days the brakes started making noise . Grabbing my attetion I told my wife to call Frank toyota service center and tell them about the noise issue, So my wife made an appointment with them ".. Yes" You heard me an appointment" for there inadequate workmanship.. So, She had to wait for her appointment date..  Yes" You heard me " For the most important part of a vehicle " The Brakes " So, Now, Were here on March 13,2015 , So my wife agrees with toyota recommedetion . So toyota goes forward with the aligment job , that eveing after bring the Sienna home my wife complains that her steering wheel is cockeyed, so the next day she calls Frank toyota service center and complains of her steering wheel issue, Frank toyota tells my wife that's nothing seroius and to make an appointment for the dashborad recall and that would check into the steering wheel iusse.  Now meanwhlie I took the Sienna to Discount Tires and bought four Spanking brand new Yokohamas on March 26, 2015... Quess what? Seven months today October 01, 2015  the front tries to the Sienna are worn OUT ! From the outerside of the tires. So, my wife took it to Frank toyota They told my wife that Toyota would look and see what was the cause of the ware. So, Call them and told The pepole over toyota that it was because of there aligment job they Ruined the front tires and that they are responsible for the the tires and that Toyota should back up there work and work values....Will Guess what everyone ? They told my wife that that would only redo the aligment ..AND NO TIRES". So....., That we get this clear', I wanted to have  the aligment done elsewhere and buy new tires and ''Take "Frank Toyota to small Claims court"".. But my wife gave in because she needed her Van...
