Frankie  Lee  Deaver,   55,   of   Anderson,  Missouri,   is   a  KNOWN  CRIMINAL,

who  is  at  large,  in   North East  Oklahoma   and/or   Missouri.

He  scammed  and  swindled  me  out  of   $300,   and   I  can't  get    McDONALD

COUNTY  OFFICIALS   AND   LAW  ENFORCEMENT  TO   PUT  THIS   :PUNK

IN  JAIL,   AND   STICK  HIM   IN  FRONT  OF  A   JUDGE.

I  would  handle this  little  errand  personally.....but   I  can't  spend  time  in  jail

or  prison.  25  years  ago,  I  certainly  would   have   been  more  than  willing

to   take  this  punk  " to  task "  in a   very  personal   way,   but  now,  I  just
