This company is a huge ripoff, we used their free version for years and no issues when they implimented a policy that after one year its no longer free we agreemed and paid for the service as we were completly happy. Well shortly there after all of our contacts disappeared. We called in and got the rundaround "leave a message someone will calll you back" or"al reps are busy" and hung up on twice and sent to vm twoce. To date 3 years of clients are lost and we are now starting all over with salesforce.com Stay away from this company or you wwill suffer the same fate.... We tried to cancel our paid subscription however their system can all of a sudden not find our informaiton so on and so forth. we've lost many clients contacts and on top of that our credit card info is comprimised if you need to be on top of all opportunites and client information this is not the company for you . BEWARE or you wil loose allo fyour business contacts as we did. Be VERY AWARE or suffer the same fate, who know whom else this has happened to. DEFINITELY D NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, US A REPUTALBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY
