my name is Mark and I live in south carolina I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Neil who is with a company by the name of Freedom choice solution and was told a rep would be in columbia s.c next to help some people get out of their timeshare contracts, naturally I was skepical because I have tried to sell my timeshares in the past and have been scammed out of thousands of dollars, but i was told by Neil that they had no desire to sell my timeshare for me because it has no resale value there only interest was getting my name off of the deed so I would no longer be a timeshare owner which was exactly what I was looking for I then asked "Neil" how would this be accomplished he said they work very closely with a title co. out of pigeon forge tennessee call superior closing services who actually"transfer the property out of my name so I opted to have the free consultation we set up a time for "mark to come out to the house to sit wth my wife and I the following week, in the mean time I decided to ask an attorney friend of mine if this was in fact legal he indicated yes as long as certain guidelines were met first of all if the timeshare is in florida or the company im dealing with is in florida all money is to be held into escrow services with a valid titile company all this is a requirement as of july 1 2013 because of all the timeshare fraud in florida,so now I know that this is in fact a legal process i was looking forward to meeting "mark".
Mark met with me and my wife went over about a 2 hour presentation and told me it was going to cost me about 8400.00 to get out of my timshare contract which i had no problem with considering my maintence fees were about 2000.00 a year, which was worth to me considering I was using it, I then started to ask questions and'Mark started to studder when I started to inquire about escrow services, and which title co.they were using,I was told all monies are held into escrow services with "superior closing services" so I offered to write the check to superior closing services,I was told I could not do that I had to write the check directly to freedom choice solution, something did not sit right with me,so I told "mark" I wanted a few days to think about and show everything to my attorney, after do some digging into freedom choice solution I found out they are actually located in florida the owner Joshua schmidt:has been arrested numerous times in the state of florida, the title co. they are working with in pigeon forge tennessee is currently under Federal indictment for fraud and DO NOT have escrow services.DO NOT DEAL WITH FREEDOM CHOICE SOLUTION THEY ARE A SCAM AND THE OWNERS AS WELL AS THE EMPLOYEES ARE SCAM ARTIST.......STAY AWAY they will only take your money and run

Compare the website to Vale Professional

The Behind the scenes folks are Devin Kolb and Marvin Mullins. If you do some research you will find also that Josh has been involved with JMG management solutions. Both companies are held by people of questionable character. Cocaine traffikers and money laudering. Run from this company!!!! Fast or. risk losing all. Look up vale professionals. website info. referances and all are the same. This company is located in florida, not nevada. Also vale got shut down due to money laundering. Look a little deeper and you will find hundreds of reasons to find a legit company

This posting is completely false and erroneous. A quick check will reveal that Freedom Choice Solution was not even in business in August 2012. We have never accepted or received a Royal Elite timeshare. And furthermore, Freedom Choice Solution has never engaged in timeshare sales. We are a timeshare relief company. It is very likely this poster is a disgruntled former employee who is making up lies to besmirch our name. On the other hand, if this poster is genuine, we urge you to check your facts. Perhaps you did business with another company that handles timeshare sales. You can look us up on the internet and call us if you have any doubts. We have not done any business with you.

After reading this posting carefully and conducting some research, we at Freedom Choice Solution have concluded a disgruntled former employee with an axe to grind against the company is responsible. The disgruntled former employee (the poster) has some information, but it is incomplete, inaccurate and misleading. He has utilized his limited knowledge to manipulate the facts to do damage to the company he was fired from. Yes, we do have a representative named Mark. A few months ago, Mark was very new at his job and hence, was nervous the first few times he went on appointments. Yes, we do use a company named Superior for closings. And yes, we do have an employee named Joshua. Joshua is a former marine with PTSD and thus struggles with abstinence form alcohol occasionally. On some occasions, he has gotten into minor trouble with the law related to alcohol usage. The disgruntled former employee was aware of these facts and misused his limited information to fabricate lies about Freedom Choice. New people in ANY profession are nervous in the beginning stages of their jobs, as was Mark, so he probably did “stutter” at first (or “studder” as the fake poster misspelled it). Superior does not hold escrow funds so Mark would never claim that. We use another bonafide title company to hold funds in escrow, and there would be no reason for Mark or any of our other representatives to provide an inaccurate name for the title company we use. Joshua has never been in any trouble related to any offense related to business or financial matters, including timeshare disposal. Many veterans have to struggle against PTSD and related problems on a daily basis, and Joshua is one of them. Joshua doesn’t deserve his name to be maligned in this unfair fashion. It is curious this poster called himself “Mark” then signed his name at the bottom as “j”. Our representative Mark never met anyone named “Mark” or “j”, which confirms our suspicion that this posting was made by an employee who was fired several months ago. It is sad that while technology (such as the internet) has undeniably elevated peoples’ lives, it has also given unscrupulous individuals the power to anonymously post damaging lies about companies who do honest work, employ people and add to the economy. We are pursuing legal action against this libelous report. If any prospective client reads the fake post and is interested in fairness, we urge you to contact us directly for details and references.

Freedom Choice Solutions & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
AUTHOR: BetzabethT - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, February 20, 2014
We listed our Royal Elite timeshare with Freedom Choice Solutions in August of 2012. They were very friendly, persistent, and eager to give us great information regarding how quickly our week would sell. As you can see, it's been over a year and we've NEVER received a phone call regarding our listing. We've reduced the asking price several times and each time we did, it took more than 2 phone calls to get the price correct on the website. This company could care less about you once you give them your $600. I advise against anyone using them to "sell" your timeshare. If only we could get back the money we so willingly, so foolishly gave them...
