Freedom RV Worst Experience of my life Liberty Lake Washington

In January we purchased an RV from Freedom RV.  We paid $ 1773.00 for the title, registration and license plate.  We called in February to inquire about our title, registration and license plate. We were advised that it takes 3 months. We made plans for a vacation from May 13 to June 21.  We called again in April and were told that it was being processed and we would receive them in 2 weeks.  We contacted ADOT and they advised they had  no reord of it. That means that the person either lied or didn,t follow up. We spoke with Freedom RV again and were advised that the papers were not filled out correctly and they have completed them and overnighted them. This means that the paper work was not completed correctly for 4 months, again no one was following-up or they just lied.

Spoke with the sales manager 2 weeks later, on June 6 and he advised that they hired a Title company on May11.  He advised that we would receive the Title, registration and license plate the next day. We told him that we had made plans for a vacation and we should receive compensation for loss of use. The sales manager laughed at us. We made the statement that maybe he sold us stolen property and he laughed again. We suggested that we would drive the RV back to Quartsite where we purchesed the RV and retur it with a full refund and he laughed.

We contacted ADOT again and were advised again they had no record on file. We spoke with Mike at the title company and he advised that the paper work was still not completed correctly. He also advised that they have had other people complain about Freedom RV. 

We paid $1,773.00 and it cost $ 982.36 a difference of $ 790 64 for incompetant service. We feel we should receive this money back along with loss of use.
