We do not think that this is from an actual customer of ours but more likely a competitor.  Free To move Now does not take ownership of any properties so if someone were dissatisfied with our services they own the property and can simply ask for it to be removed from our program.  We have a very good reputation of helping homeowners move into their new home while keeping their current one.  Many homeowners are "upside down" on their current home but want to move, that's where we step in.  We get the property rented, have it managed, and guarantee rents, utilities and provide added protection against tenant damage.  I can guarantee that we do not take months to return calls and most of our calls are answered immediately.   Setting up rent payments is done within minutes as we automatically transfer rent payments into the homeowners bank account on a monthly basis.  If this is a real customer please feel free to contact me at tbinning@freetomovenow.com and I will make sure we correct any problems immediately.  We are also happy to provide references of homeowners who are actually on our program.
