Iam from NYC I bought a boat in Rhode Island , The boat broke down on the way back to NYC , I searched for local mobile mechanics Fritz apperaed in a craiglist ad , Phill arived 3 hours late to the boat Phil them required a deposit for parts and assured me he could fix the problem after giving Phil a deposit of $500 for parts I got a reciept and returned back to NYC I have tried to reach out to phil numerous times he never responded to my calls text or emails
Phil took my $500 and never repaired my boat I reached out to the Attorney General office and they cannot locate him either after reading other reports it looks like Phil has been doing this to other customers
