I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON LINE. THE OWNER RYAN ZEBER OFFERED FUNDING FOR MY HOME LOAN. I WAS SKEPTICAL BUT WE TRIED IT ANYWAY...WE WERE TOLD BY OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES THAT WE DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A HOME LOAN AT ALL. BUT WE WERE CONTACTED BY OWNER OF FSI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS RYAN ZEBER AND WERE TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT SITUATION THAT WE COULD RECEIVE A LOAN WITH AN INTEREST RATE OF 12.99%
THIS SEEMED EXTREMELY HIGH... WE WERE TOLD BY (OWNER) RYAN ZEBER THAT IF ALL GOES WELL WE COULD REFINANCE IN 6 MONTHS...RYAN CONVINCED US TO PROCEEDED...I ACTUALLY WANTED TO USE MY V.A. RYAN TOLD ME I COULD NOT BASED ON MY CREDIT. LIED!!!!
I HAD TO HAVE DOCUMENTS NOTARIZED AND AS WAS NOT GIVEN THE DOCUMENTS TO REVIEW BEFORE SIGNING. STATING THAT THE NOTARY IS ONLY HERE FOR THIS AMOUNT OF TIME AND THAT THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS...WE TRUSTED RYAN ZEBER SO WE SIGNED... WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!
THIS IN MY MIND CONSTITUTES 'FRAUD' FSI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS www.fsihomeloans.com SOLD OUR LOAN TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL, WHO STATED I WAS LOCKED IN TO THE RATE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS... AT THE TIME OF THIS E/MAIL (ALMOST 2 YEARS LATER) THE HOUSE IS IN FORECLOSURE...WE ARE GOING IN THE ATTEMPT TO SUE RYAN ZEBER, FSI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS...DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE VOID DUE TO FRAUD.... STAY AWAY FROM FSI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS RENT IF YOU HAVE TO

FALSE REPORT- EVERY ASPECT OF THIS ARTICLE IS FALSE-
AUTHOR: Rwz - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 03, 2008
The report filed by this person is false. FSI is not nor has never been licensed in Mass. to fund or originate loans. The individual who wants to remain anonymous has his facts completely incorrect. If we had a license to originate loans in Mass. and the loan was funded like the article reads, besides the licensing, Washington Mutual has never offered a product where the borrower can be charged 12% and those types of borrowers who would be offered a 12% loan would never meet Washington Mutual's guidelines. That type of rate would require a "HARD MONEY LOAN" and large institutional Lenders DO NOT OFFER that type of product. This is obvious a personal vendetta against me, and I would love the opportunity to speak with the person and review the facts. It's hard for me to respond to such outrages things, anyone who knows anything about lending or loans would see right through this. But because of low life's I have to waste my time responding to true lies. Your web site is Garbage and allows people who are Garbage to have a free forum of ignorance. And sometime in the near future when the laws of the Land catch up to the wild wild west of internet, sites like this are going to be held accountable just like print media, and you're going to be sued until this type of garbage is stopped. If my name can be drug through the mud like this, then the author of the report should have to come out and be accountable. I have agreed to be contacted about this, but I'm sure I won't because then everyone would learn the truth.

Obviously A False Report - Facts should be checked before this is believed

I would like to take this time to point out a few very inportant facts about FSI Financial Solutions and Ryan Zeber to any one that is reading this report.
First off, all though FSI, Financial Solutions Inc is shown as incorporated with the Department of Corporation, State of California in March of 2006, it did not open it's doors and actively start originating loans until February 2007. On top of that, it did not create the website and open it to the public until September 2007. FSI did not and still does not advertise for business "online". At the end of the report, this person claims to have had his loan for two years prior to filing this claim. That would have been impossible if he obtained his loan thorugh FSI Financial Solutions.
When FSI, Financial Solutions opened it's doors, they were not involved with government loans, therefore Ryan Zeber would not have been aware of the VA guidelines to have been able to advise this borrower on his credit worthiness for that program.
This borrower claims that FSI, Financial Solutions "sold" their loan to Washington Mutual. FSI is only a Mortgage Broker, Washington Mutual would have been the lender that had funded their loan. FSI does not "sell" loans to any parties. This borrower also claims to have been sold a 12.99% loan with Washington Mutual causing them to go into foreclosure. Anyone in this business knows that Washington Mutual did not and does not deal with interest rates that high. Rates that high are considered subprime. Washington Mutual is not a subprime lender.
As far as having to sign documents, all mortgage loans have documents that need signed in front of a notary. Most often these notary's are scheduled and signed by the escrow company (unless the borrower is out of state). The escrow officer, usually the notary will explain to the borrower what they are signing. Never do they tell the borrower to just sign. This brings me to my last point. This report is signed by "not a happy client" Salem Massachusettes. FSI is not approved in any states but California & Florida. If that is truely from someone in Massachuesettes, we could not have possibly done this loan. I feel that this is just someone with a grudge against Ryan Zeber and is set out to hurt him. If it is an unsatisfied borrower, please contact my with your information. You have made no attempts to have us as a company try to satisfy you since I have been here & I have been since here since we starting originating as a key part of the managing team.
