FunnelAI They allegedly scrap sites such as Instegram, Facebook, Twitter etc. for legitimate leads San Antonio Texas

We did a one month trial with them.  They claim their algorithm and AI component would improve leads for my dealership.  Instead, we found it VERY time consuming, required a dedicated headcount and created a significant public relations issue for us given the recent news surrounding Facebook and Cambridge Analytica.    Example, a person might post, I'm tired of my car.  This would be scraped by the FunnelAI tool and then sent over to our portal as a lead.  We then would have our dedicated head reply to this comment.  The response from people being targeted this was was the exact opposite of what FunnelAI and it's founder Sri Kamma said it would be.

We responded to a young lady who was only 13.  This infuriated her family and after many negative posts and tweets, our dealership was forced to call a news conference.  We are still recovering from the accusations that we solicited children in an attempt to sell them something. FunnelAI does NO vetting of any of these leads.  It is simply raw data and it is left to the customer to decide in the lead is legitimate or not. Our understanding was that the AI component was supposed to help vet the leads.  In the end, it cost us more in public goodwill than it was worth.  I strongly recommend that if you hear from this company or Sri Kamma ... you just keep walking.  It is more trouble than it is worth.
