On July 20, I won quite a bit at FuntimeBingo.com. I cashed out $299.00 (because $300 and over you are charged $60.00)

I sent in a ticket and asked when would my check be sent out. On July 27, I was told it was sent out that day. So I waited patiently for my check to arrive. On August 8 I sent in another ticket explaining that my check had never arrived. Frank in accounting told me that they mailed my check to the wrong state so the check was returned. He also told me that it was being re-sent out that day.

Now here we are August 28, 20 days later, still no check. I have sent in several tickets and each ticket states it will arrive in 6 - 8 days. The last ticket I sent in was August 22, it still hasn't been answered.

I have asked several times for a phone number, and all I am told is that the accounting department does not have a phone number. I even sent in messages to the powers that be at funtimebingo.com explaining how their accounting department is handling things, and the response I got was please don't leave.

All they are after is your money. They will not try to correct anything that goes wrong in other departments, nor will funtimebingo.com try to help you.

They are thieves, they stole $299.00 from me, and now since they have run out of excuses, they won't even answer my messages anymore.

Think long and hard before playing at this unfair bingo site.

just curious, have you heard back from "funtimebingo.com" ?  I myself think that all Online bingo, casino, and poker websites are scams, rip-offs etc. I had many disappointing outcomes when it came to winning any amount of money and either bingo, casino and poker. My friend who won 1800$ in a poker tournament at "vcpoker.com/net" and like you said, it would arrive 6-8 days later, never came, he repeatedly try to contact their support through the phone, email and tickets, and yes, you guessed it, No reply. It seems that the online gambling industry doesn't mind, at all may I add, taking your money. But, when it comes to paying out, they don't exist. Lets speak out against these scams, and try to rid them forever!

I wish I had read this before I joined and started playing because now they are doing the same thing to me. I won $900 dollars on dec. 7th 2009 on lottery and they took 2 days to put the funds on the account now they are giving me the run around like fax in photo Id, a bill with address, front and back of credit card used to make the deposits. They keep saying they cant see information because it is too dark and now I have use my camera to take a picture of items and they still claim its too dark. They are lying and should be stopped. Im calling someone on them fast and in a hurry if I don't get my winnings because playing the lottery is not a crime but sites not paying out like they state is and I kept the chat conversations an all emails they sent. And then someone name Sabastian has the nerves to try and get smart with me stating dont yell just send those item in and thats all we need. JERKS

After filing this report and telling funtimebingo.com about it, I finally received a response back from Frank in accounting from my inquiry dated august 22. He asks to verify all of my information as my payout will be sent out tomorrow via WU.

We shall see if I ever see that check.

Also, while sending in tickets to customer service today, I was getting some pretty nasty responses. "Mary" would address me by someones elses name, and when I would question it, all I would get is "have a nice day." Funtimebingo.com DOES NOT care about its customers.
