I had ordered a Halloween ringtone for my phone.  I saw the advertisement for $1.95 per month per ringtone.  I ordered it.  Then I checked my credit card and they actually took out $23.88!  I emailed them back right away telling them to put that back and to cancell my subscription.  They emailed me back 24 hours later stating that I ordered 3 different ones and on three different phones.  That is a lie, I only have one phone and I ordered 1 ringtone.  I attempted to contact BBB, but the internet is too difficult.  So I looked up complaints about this and found your site.
