i was charged $23.94 for the service and it read $3.99 a month for 6 months but did not say in one payment and i was also charged a foreign transaction fee of $0.47 and made my bank account go negative and they don't have a live customer service number to call for help or questions.

in order to email them you have hassle through there website to just get to the contact area, and when you are able to contact them, they are very unwilling to help you or issue you a refund, and they will also refuse to close your account.
