I ordered $5000. worth of furnature for my new home from mike and was told it would be about 4-6 weeks for delivery. five months later and multiple fights they still had no furniture to deliver. When we called to check they we're never available or check with customer service(its just the 2 salespeople and no other help). They are always too busy too look up your order and have nothing but excuses why the furnature never arrives. Both the bedroom and the dining room sets are from diffrent manufacturers and they blamed both for not being able to deliver. I checked online after months to find out the furniture was in stock at multiple locations and if not the manufacturer could restock in 3 weeks. We recieved 2 pieces of one set and a few pieces of another over the 5th and 6th month. They attempted to deliver 1 piece on Christmas eve day....after rescheduling the delivery 5x over three months. They are rude and will curse and treat you like dirt if you question them about the your order too many times....thats if the"ll get on the phone. I had to drive to their shabby showroom to speak with them since they play cat and mouse with taking calls. They may offer a good price but it's not worth going through what we did just to get what we paid for. The worst retail experience I ever had.......
