FVStore.com FVStore.com steals photos and company information from Ebay sellers and falsely uses in Fraud Store Yiwu, China Internet

I work in the marketing department for a manufacturer.  In searching the internet, I was shocked to find our photographs of products, complete with specfications and the city we make them in advertised on a HUGE online store.  In doing more investigation, I found others complaining that this store steals company information and photographs from Ebay seller sites and uses them to make an enormous, all encompassing, fraudulent store. Sure enough, the photos and informaton they had of ours were for products we had listed on Ebay.  I went on to randomly search other products at FVStore.com and compare them to photos on Ebay.  In every case I checked, the product information and photos had come from Ebay.  I notified those Ebayer sellers that there was a fraud going on involving their product literature and I suggested they contact Ebay management (as I also intended to do).

Several of these sellers reported to me that Ebay mangement did not care.  I found that hard to believe as this is a fraud against Ebay as FVStore.com has clearly removed information from Ebay sites (which is against Ebay legal policy), and has fradulently represented themselves as distributors for U.S. (and other countries) manufacturers.

Furthermore, their actions have caused our firm to have a lower internet risk rating (which used to be 100%) because FVStore.com is a known fraud and our product name and city address comes up in connection with them.  This must also be the case for every other manufacturer or seller they have stolen information from.

One starts to wonder if its safe to put  products on Ebay, if they will not step up to the bat for hundreds of their sellers by filing with the FCC (or whoever else needs to be notified) in order to stop this operation.
