Order online from this company. Thought the $13 shipping charge (nothing about handling) was a little insane especially since it was beng delievered to The NYC area. Wrote numerous emails asking for a breakdown. We went back and for and received this last one stating:

"Next time just buy your s**t somewhere else. We ship hundreds of orders a week for the past 28 years and I've never had anyone be so anal about me breaking down the cost of shipping.
Have a good day."

This company, judging by information I'm reading online, has moved from FL to PA. They have many complaints in regards to this and other things. I wouldn't use them.
