G and B Flight Academy Beware of G and B Woods Cross, Utah

The previous post has it right--this school is at the least dishonest, and at worst dangerous.  The instructors they hire are talented individuals, but they have to conform to the almost insane requirements of the management.  In addition, the management will assuredly put profit before ethics or safety.

Currently, G and B is involved in a lawsuit over the sale of a Piper Seminole (N2198D)to a private individual.  The plane was used for multi-engine training right up to the time of the sale, but upon inspecting the plane the purchaser's mechanic deemed the condition of the wing spar to be absolutely unairworthy and refused to certificate the plane for flight.  What's more is that the mechanic told the purchaser it would require more than the plane would ever be worth to make it airworthy. 

As I said, the instructors at G and B are for the most part talented and dedicated individuals.  Unfortunately the management is a nepotistic mess.  Do yourself a favor and check out other flight schools in the area.  Cornerstone Aviation and Leading Edge Aviation are good bets even if the cost is 15% more than the "estimate" provided by G and B.
