IF You Don't want to be RIPPED OFF DON'T Have GCI Cable Network for Your Cable viewing......
They sent a technician to my House and later found the Problem to be one at the pole from their own equipment... The Tech turned in the old box he replaced at my house Plus the Problem wasn't my box but their connections at the pole
BUT they DIDN'T Credit my account for the old box he turned in... THEN they STOLE $200 From my bank... MONEY THEY STOLE WAS FUNDS FOR FOOD AND UTILITES.......
When called on carpet about THEIR Mistake...... THEY WANT TO PAY ME BACK WITH CREDITS TO MY ACCOUNT.. 16 monthly credits would be needed to refund the entire amount this way.... Plus it was not paid that way.. They took a lump sum and should pay a lump sum...
I'VE CALLED THEIR OFFICES 6+Times in PASS 14 days and Keep Getting they Refunded my money.... THEY DID NOT REFUND ANYTHING....
