Gadwin Systems, Inc False advertising, no "try-before-buy", undisclosed extra charge for reg. key,unresponsive to inquires, no mailing address City name Does Not appear Internet

1. "Try-before-you buy" statement on website is not true.
I ordered product on 10/5/08. Price taken from my credit card same day by Emetrix, for Gadwin.

2. Price not as advertised.
Price given on website for PrintScreen Pro is $24.95. $29.90 taken from my credit card. (This was a download, so no S&H; out-of-state, so no taxes)

3. Undisclosed additional charge for registering product.
This is the most serious of the problems. Website does not disclose upfront that an additional $29.90 will be charged in order to get a registration key. Website states that the price given includes the product and "licensing". Website states that a registration key will be sent within two days for credit card orders. No registration key was ever sent. I began receiving messages that I must pay $29.90 to get a key, despite their charge to my credit card for this amount on 10/5/08.

4. Inability to contact Gadwin about this despite 7 attempts over two months.
a) No reply to me from any of the email addresses given on the site to whom I wrote, some more than once.
b) No phone number on site except for orders. Rep said she couldn't help with registration questions.
c) Fax number for orders only
d) No mailing address except for mailing checks. Physical location not known.

5. As a result, I have a completely useless product. ("Unregistered Version" is imprinted on anything I try to print.)
