gainsco insurance worst company dallas Texas

Had the worst customer service ever, very unprofessional. They got over by deducting 2 payments in one month and their explanation was that the insurance went up for a not at fault accident over 6 years ago, which I was unaware of. This company tells you their supervisors will contact you back and then,  you never here from them. To add insult to injury,  I filed a claim one month and another claim 3 months later, which was the same kind of claim, they denied the second claim for a reason that was invalid. I was told my rental car isn't covered under my full coverage policy all of a sudden, then when I confronted them about it, the reason changed to the rental wasnt covered because I had it for pleasure, well, I proved my car was in the shop again and then the issue was it still juat wasnt covered. I brought up the first claim and then they tried to go back and deny the first claim, which had occured 3 months prior to the phone call of the second claim. They ultimately denied both claims. I need results I wish I could get my 5 months of premiums back. I know that they are wrong and it has to stop.
