I was shopping around for where to buy a used washing machine when I came across Gaither Appliance and repair. So I called them up and I said I wouls stop buy and see what they have available.

When I got here they had about 3 machines he told me he could give me a good deal on a used front loader he had and the only thing wrong with it was the handle is broken. I paid him $175.00 a $25.00 delivery fee that they claim you dont have to pay for them to take out your old washing machine but they charged me. It also came with a 30 day Warrenty.

They delivered the washing machine and also got a tip. When I used the washing machine the water would not drain causeing to have to ring out my cloths so I called him and he said he would come out the next day.

The next day I waited for him to come but he did not show until lat after me calling him 3 times and him telling me different times he would be here. Finally at 6:30 pm he shows up and told me the hose was to far down and that was the problem.

I told him that was not the problem so he checked the water pump on the washing machine and found that it was clogged.

He drained it out onto my wood floor and said to leave the towel over night so that it could drain. After it drained I tried to use it and it flooded my laundry room. He said he would replace the washing machine. After 4 days of waiting for his shippment to come in he gives the run around once again after telling me he will deliver it in the mourning but told e diffrent times once again.

So I told him he was inconsistant and he cllaimed he feels threatened and does not want to do bussiness with me.

He wanted me to put the washing machine outside so that he can pick it up and refund my money. but if you feel thretend and want me leave it on the porch how do i get my money back? These people do bad bussiness and sell deffective products and they dont care about you after they get your money.
