GameFly Promotion Never Given Inglewood, California

I started using Gamefly around December 2007 to rent Wii and DS Games. I had this promotion that I got online from somewhere I don't remember. Where I get a 15 day free trial and a $10 Papa Johns Gift Card. Under their "FAQ" It said that they will send me an e-mail with your Papa John's Gift Card code and PIN number 10 days after I become an active GameFly member.

Long story short I never got the email. I emailed them for the first time on Jan. 17, 2008 about the gift card. Two days later they emailed me

Dear --------,
Thank you for contacting GameFly. We have resent the $10 Papa John's Gift Card to email@domain.com You should receive it within 24 hours.

To ensure that you are receiving our notifications, please be sure to add our email address "support@gamefly.com" to your contact list.

Well I actually waited more then 48 hours and still nothing. So I replied told me it was never sented. Two days later, again thhe same email apologizing and that I should recieved with 24 hours. I decided to give up after several emails to them, they keep emailing me the same crap over and over again.

All in all don't use Gamefly to rent video games. Even if there was promotions with the free trial. It's just a way to lure you into their service. Make you think you'll also get something which your really not. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service, expensive, and it takes a long time to get to you. Go to Blockbuster or Hollywood videos at least you'll get the games you want, you'll get it then and there (no shipping or handling to pay), not even expensive. You'll actually pay the same amount with unlimited game rentals.
