Garage Enforcers, LLC Chad Alan Sigurdson Took a deposit of $100 on March 4th, 2016 for replacing a garage door panel with a promise to install it in 2 weeks. Now he refuses to complete his work, answer my calls or texts. He also refuses to refund my deposit and continues to prey on unsuspecting home owners in crisis. Anoka Minnesota

On March 4th, 2016 around 10am, Chad Alan Sigurdson, owner of Garage Enforcers showed up to fix a damaged garage door panel. He fixed the track and told me I needed to purchase another door panel for $200. He took a deposit of $100 upfront with a promise to install the new panel within 2 weeks.

Its been over 6 weeks now, and after many calls and texts, he now no longer answers my call or responds to my request for my money back. After filing a complaint at the local Police Dept. as well as at State Attorney's office,  I'm told it could take time to have enforcement take action.

My research uncovered that his company was filed in 2013 and its business license expired in 2015. He has no insurance and is not a licensed garage door technician in the State of Minnesota. He preys on unsuspecting home owners in crisis and takes deposits with no intention to deliver on his promises.

I want all consumers in Minnesota to be aware that Chad Alan Sigurdson is a fraud and a criminal. His actions are atypical of a scam artist. Please be sure to ask any contractor in your home give you referalls and a copy of their license.
