I purchased this cell phone on ebay then realized it was defective after receiving it which was verified by a local Apple Store. There was a note in the box garage_cell sent the phone in stating PLEASE do not go through ebay if have a return where instead just apply for an RMA numegr which I did and I wrote inside and outside of package as the letter stated to do. I sent it via US Mail and afster a couple weeks of nothing I started sending garage_cell emails which he never replied. Finally I contacted ebay and they opened a case however garage_cell said he never got phone but I sent it to him. I even said please just send me any phone where I did not require my money retured just another phone. He sent one email after ebay stepped in saying it is past time limit and he will issue no refunds. This whole thing is a mess because I did what is letter stated which I never should of done. I should of went through ebay. I just wish this garage_cell ebay seller would of been honest. He even started reselling the same phone using the same number shortly afterwards boy what a RIPOFF. Please everyone NEVER EVER buy anything form this garage_cell seller on ebay he is s super big RIPOFF. It just makes me so mad that there are people in the world like this guy. It just stinks. He really needs to change is life. I hope someone reads this and decides not to buy anything from the RIPOFF SCAMMER!!! YOU ARE A RIPOFF SCAMMER garage-CELL JOE !!! I hope you have trouble sleeping at night because if I did what you did then I certainly could not sleep at night. Real SLEAZY seller so ebay buyers BEWARE!!!!

USPS!!!

Sorry to say this but YOU sent your phone through the USPS!!! You might as well have just given it away to a homeless person! The USPS is the WORST for tracking!! what it basically means is that YOUR PHONE was stolen en route. Why is it that people continously FORGET that the USPS has some of the worst theft of ALL the delivery companies out there. Im not saying any other PAID CARRIER is any better, but what YOU did was in essence tie your Iphone to a ballon and let it go. I would suggest that if YOU sent the phone and THEY have not recieved it yet, then logic dictates that the person in the middle is more then likely the responsible party. YOU are going to have to take this up with the USPS office that YOU shipped it from. I hope that YOU have a tracking number or paid for insurance on the phone. Otherwise, YOU are trying to extort money from an INNOCENT PARTY!!! Sorry to inform you of all of this but it always amazes me when I see one of my fellow citizens jumping to conclusions when the evidence CLEARLY supports a third party situation. YOU also have to take responsibility for the WAY it was shipped. YOU chose for what ever reason to ship it through USPS. More then likely YOU didnt want to pay for a massive shipping cost or the company sent you a USPS RMA. Either way, in the future ALWAYS use one of the delivery carriers that alows you to have a tracking number so YOU can PROVE they did get it.
