Garcia's concrete services - Andy Garcia 469-254-8670 or BAD CONCRETE WORK, I have a hand written warrenty from them, that they will not fullfill, the concrete work is still wet after 2 weeks & has sunk They poured in the rain after i spent 2 days begging t dallas, Texas

I had come in to contact with Garcia's concrete services a year or 2 ago, I got a quote and saved my money til i had enough for them to come out and do the work!

On 12-12-11 Monday i had set up an appt for them to come out and do the work,  they  set  up for 12-15-11 I was ok with that until i found out it was going to rain, so i spent 2 days begging him please reschedule for another day that it was going to rain and it was a bad idea! He said rain is nothing to worry about they do it all the time, no to worry it will look good. I have this all in text and emails, still i kept asking him not to in the rain up until the concrete truck got here! Due to the amount of rain they had a hard time, covered it with tarps after working from 8am til 11pm, spinkled lime over it, then came back at 6am friday to finish, after they left friday he said we could walk on it in 12 hr but be carful our feet could scuff the concrete, so i took it appon myself to make sure noone was to walk in it til monday at the earliest so it would stay perfect......... We started noticing sat and sun my patio looked like it has ring worms all over it!  white ringed patches all over.

Monday morning came we all got up to let the dog's out (lab and a chihuahua)  as they were coming back in the house we noticed my lab's foot had sunk only her impresstion was left (in one of those white patched area)  and it was crumbly looking. (Its been two weeks later and still looks like this and still looks wet ish, even tho it isnt wet)

I texted them pictures, they said they'll come and fix it no problem, its been a week now and they are avoiding me, Since then i have had 2 other concrete people come out and tell me the concrete is bad and needs to be taken up and replaced, if not look forward to it breaking in our near future.

***When i paid these people i was smart enough to have him hand write me a warrently (in his writting with all his info including a buisness card)

The paper said with a free replacement, valid for a year (12-15-2012)

I am still hanging on to hope that they will come back and do the right thing, I will be reporting back if they do!

I waited years for my hottub to have somewhere to go and now its unknown whats gonna happen when we place and fill it! Im so heart broken. =-(
