Garcinia Lean 5x Trim 600 was told I had a 30 day trial - Received product on 8/27 - was shipped on 8/24 - Tried to get refund on 9/23 and was told that the 30 day period started day of the order. No one told me that! chandler Arizona

 This is in response to the rebuttal above. This is a cold call where the sales person completely LIES! I wrote extensive notes during my sales call. None of my notes match what customer service tells you when you call back. This is stealing!!! They say they recorded your sales conversation but hang up on you when you ask them to pull the recording. Why? Because they are lying!!! The person that wrote the comment above must work for this company because he/she has their same attitude.

I ordered some of this product when I got a call offering a free trial. They would only bill my cc for s/h ($9.99) on 5 bottles.

Not even 30 days later I get billed over $110.00. At NO time did they mention the charge of the bottles ( I thought I was getting a free trial of perhaps 5 small vials, not full size bottles). I mean trial sizes are usually just that. And when they use the word "sample"

I got the charge removed and told my bank no more charges from this company because I didn't authorize the charge other than the $9.99. They flagged my account but 2 weeks later the company BILLED ME AGAIN! Never called me, never emailed--nothing.

Get the product from your health store. This company has horrible customer service and once they get a cc #, you're done. Don't deal with them.

 First of all these people called me on my cell phone and I had never requested info from them. Sounded good since there was a no risk trial. There was no website. No links and all done over the phone. I don't know where you get your facts from. Sure hope you are not in the US.  Yet again the American Consumer DID NOT READ!!!! ALL of this was presented to you when YOU entered in YOUR payment information. Its NOT A SCAM WHEN YOU SCREW YOURSELF!!!! YOU agreed to all of it. Perhaps the lesson here is that FACT that YOUR laziness AND ignorance has caused this. YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ!!!! So YOU get to deal with it. No refund and the ENTIRE web seeing YOU as what YOU are. Lazy,ignorant,slothful. All of which fit you in THIS situation. YOU WILLINGLY IGNORED THE LINKS WITH THAT INFORMATION!!!!
