The company lists a telephone number on their website as "Toll free phone: 1-800-1-1161012," but all you get is a recorded message that advises the consumer to contact them on thier website and says you will receive a reply within 24-hours. No one ever contacts you.
Their website also states "Last Day for Free Shipping!" They offer NO free shipping. Navi Technology Group has no inventory as their website suggests. They use a 3rd party vendor in Los Angeles which ships your order via USPS (United States Postal Service).
I ordered a new Garmin 3790. I received a used counterfeit item with out-of-date maps and the GPS would not hold a charge. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to resolve the case and receive a refund, however; my refund took 6 weeks and surely was not worth the hassle and aggravation.
