Garvin Headley Pretends to Have Bonds & Banking Instruments but has NOTHING at ALL but Lies Duluth Georgia

Garvin Headley originally came to me with a Venezuelan Bond that he was trying to Sell or Hypothecate. He said he was the owner of the Bond, which is ridiculous, NO ONE OWNS a Venezuela Bond except the Government of Venezuela. After numerous weeks and weeks of trying to get a transaction done for him, he started to cry to me that he was broke and had NO where to live or stay with his family.

He claims to also be a Preacher or Minister, how this could be true is beyond me, EVERYTHING that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He proposed becoming partners on this bond business and he had Investors and other bankers that were going to Monetize the Bond and put the proceeds into a Private Placement trade. He was able to talk me into loaning him $10,000 in the beginning. Then over the course of another three months he ended up getting over $50,000 more out of me. 

In the end, NOTHING ever came out of any of the BS deals that he had. He told me the most elaborate stories and lies for an entire year. He actually was stupid enough to get involved with a person from Venezuela that was the focus of an International investigation thru Interpol, the FBI and the SEC. He had me wire funds to this individual. NOW, he has an International investigation pending against him.

If you know this guy or are looking to do business with him, RUN AWAY AS FAST as you can. He is a pathological, psychological screwed up person that would say anything to anyone for a dollar. He is a peice of dirt and should not be trusted at ALL!!! It is a disgrace to any Religion if he is truly a Pastor, Preacher or a person of the Church because this man has absolutely NO good in him AT ALL.

He was so evil, that when my child was sick and I needed the money very badly, he actually MADE UP a bank statement to show me he had gotten the money and was wiring it to me. Of course iy NEVER came!! He has a million excuses why wires do not go out, the biggest crap you could ever imagine. He was telling me that ALL of the JP Morgan Chase bankers in Atlanta were prejudice and he could not get a wire sent out because he was black?? This guy is a CANCER, stay away, he will get what's coming to him very soon.....JAIL, where he belongs, he is SICK guy!!!!!
