on 1-17-01 I brought my 1995 Isuzu trooper into gary's auto clinic to have the clutch replaced. the truck went back 3 times for the same situation since then and each time I got an excuse.
Now on 3-24-01 the truck was towed in to have the clutch replaced again. And they will not cover this under warranty, which is breach of contract.
This repair cost a total of $1400.00 and from what I've been told from the dealership that if a clutch is replaced correctly it could last as long as 100,000.00 miles.
This person Mr Gary Chapin is a huge rip-off. I usually do not get mad, But when someone takes advantage of people that
just is the last staw. I have also filed a suit with an Attorney.
Their polciy/warranty is 90 days from time of repair.

it has only been 2 months since the repair. HUGE RIP-OFF
