GB Logo Design I wish I had read the reviews on the company before giving them money London Internet

I hired GB Logo designs to do a logo for my new business.  I filled in their online form and gave very precise information about what I wanted.  Turquoise and dark green corporate colours and round as I wanted to create labels with the logo.  I received back rectangular logos (one was orange and purple) I believe that at least one of them had been copied from Google as I had seen it on there when I was looking for ideas.

I sent another detailed e-mail to Jennifer the Manager even including an example of what I wanted so they didn't even have to do the creative bit and I had no response for a couple of days.  So I phoned and all I got was, your 'logo will be with you in a few days'.  I put the phone down and felt that I had been scammed.  Therefore 10 minutes later I phoned back again and said to Jennifer that I did not feel very confident about their company.  She just kept repeating 'you will get your logo in the next few days' so I left it.

Logo arrived (I felt relieved I had something sent) I did some changes and asked for the file in vector format which duly arrived.  I looked at the vector file and the logo did not look very professionally put together.

I sent the logo to another company who are creating a template for me and this is there precise response to me about it:

"72.00 for such a logo.... I feel sorry for you...

It looks very amateurish, cheap + the composition of it - text is very small compared to
overall size of the logo which means it's very difficult to read it when in small size..."

Trouble is you pay upfront and they have your money.

Lessen learnt.  IF YOU WANT A LOGO THAT LOOKS LIKE A CHILD DID IT GO TO GBLOGODESIGNS!
