GC Services violated the FDCPA in its demand for a Sprint payment. I sent just one letter and received an offer from GC Services to pay me $500.00. So, instead of GC asking for me to pay $400, GC was asking to pay me! What a wonderful world.
I would be glad to share the email exchanges I had with GC's attorney, but Ripoff Report does not allow for attachments to be posted or for me to post my email address. Search other sites, though, and you can find the attachments there.
