i received a bill for $1372.80! for failing to appear in superior court, for whatever reason, i don't know. they are threatening to record a judgement against me if i do not respond within 10 days. i have not received ANY ticket, parking or moving violation. nor have i received any notice from the justice court system to appear in court at any time. why should i just respond to these people? if my own justice system does not know anything about this?
