THIS IS A CAMERA TICKET AND IT SAID THAT THOSE WHO HAVE A TICKET IS NOW INVALID AND THOSE WHO ARE PAID THANK YOU - THIS HAS BEEN AIRED IN THE NEWS AND NEWSPAPERS.

Since i recieved this letter, i gnored it because my question is... How come the superior court doing this to me since it is the superior court already and the DMV until now i dont recieved any letter from them. I will not pay this because i dont have the money to pay and i dont like the endorsement of the letter. if anyone can help me about this. i will wait and gratitude who will read this report.
