Their representative was also rude, poorly dressed, unshaven, and not on time, and at one point mentioned that "his bosses would be angry at him if we didn't collect the fee" despite showing receipts for our warrantied service.
Poor service, poor product, poor customer service on all ends. These people are cliche "bait-and-switch."
