GE bank loans Zion Jarvis told me I would get a 4000$ loan regardless of my credit score and all I had to do was open a bank account with mobile banking  Internet

So I went to jp Morgan chase and opened an account with 40$ the minimum was 25$ but I wanted to have a lil extra money in my account in case something happened and it didn't go through see my three children and I are disabled and had used up all our food stamps for the month so we had no food so 4000$ seemed like a miracle to me well later that night I saw that a transaction of 680$ had gone into my account then I saw a transaction of 660$ go into my account but when I checked my balance it said negative 1140$ I call the bank but it was 3:15 in the morning and they said no one would be able to help me until 7 am and there was nothing he could tell me about my account. 

I entered it above in the other box it's all I know but I don't have 1140$ to pay the bank back. I have no idea where he's from he just said GE bank and said I could have up to 10000$ I'm not greedy so I said 2500$ he said that wasn't enough to make it worth it to the bank and made me choose a higher number he said my payments would be 118$ for 36 months I feel so stupid my children and I had leftovers again and eventually were going to get sick on week old spaghetti. Please help I don't know what to do this is the fourth time this has happened to me with different companies send us 200$ or 205$ or 125$ and well approve you're loan. I just hate myself and feel so badly for my children.
