GE Capital, Care Credit has exhorbitant interest, poor internal processes & poor credit reporting. Rip-off! Dayton Ohio

I am extremely disappointed after learning that the company was unwilling to write off $13.19 interest after I had paid my account balance in full. I, too have paid the very high interest for a year and a half, have requested that the "Charge Guard" option be removed from my account that I never signed up for (which, by the way, has never been removed), and wondered how in the world they know if they are coming and going after having switched my account number 3 times. It is extemely difficult to reconcile balances, etc when you don't know if the number they started with is correct!

When potential creditors review my report I have been questioned about the 3 different accounts and the balances associated with each.

While I would have been agreeable to keeping the account open in case of emergency dental situations, when a company who has made their money over and over from you, it is extremely difficult to believe that they would bicker over $13.19. Disappointing at a minimum that I have done business with them this long, but never again.
