Gear Bubble LLC Gear Bubble/ Shella Marie Refused to refund, after telling me they would refund my money!! Internet

I ordered a father/son medallion, from Gear Bubble, and when I received the item, it was the cheapest little medallion and the chain was so small, that I would not give it to a child! 

When I contacted Gear Bubble, through the internet, I was told, by Shella Marie, that I would be receiving a one time refund offer! I accepted her offer and asked her if I should return the item. She said it was not necessary, but I returned it anyway!

The offer to refund my money was made in the later part of October, 2016 (by Shella Marie), and as of this date (2-9-2017), I have not received my refund, nor do they seem to care about ny situation, since they stopped communicating with me, back in early December!

I have tried to contact them for over three months, and they refuse to answer my inquiries, even though they answer questions from other customer's! I have made about two dozens requests for my refund, but they refuse to acknowledge or answer my inquiries! I am due a refund of $32.09!
