Quite Frankly, if they think you're not going to sign-up for their yearly subscription, expect to be dealt with in a matter of seconds. They will quickly shove you out the door even if your problem isn't solved.

Their entire focus is to get you to sign-up for a year's subscription. Your problem may be minor, however, if you purchase the 1 month subscription for a quick fix, don't give them any inclination that you won't purchase the yearly subscription.

If you do, expect horrible service. Having tried the service multiple times, the first time telling them I may purchase the yearly subscription if they can fix my problem, another time telling them "it's a quick fix, I don't need a year subscription", I saw a massive extraordinary difference in effort.

Naturally they have programs designed to fix registry issues for any computer in a matter of seconds, which, I will gladly pay 9.99$ for everytime an issue occurs with my registry, but quite frankly, I don't often sign-up for subscriptions that renew or huge yearly fees.

With this being said, they don't like that very much.

Overall the company just wants money. I don't know that purchasing a yearly subscription wouldn't increase the amount of work they'd do, however, if their incentive drops because they think you won't pay more cash right then, then how do I know that after purchasing a year's subscription they may also drop their incentive. I mean, they already have the money, why put forth any extra work?

Just saying, make a new email each time you buy a month's subscription for some small virus problem or registry error and you will get much better service then if you use the same email and do so.

I would say they make around 30-40$/yr off me for 1 hour of maintenance about 4-5 times a year. I think that's reasonable considering most of the problems are literally ten minute fixes for any capable technician.

Sorry, if it seems unfair for me to penny pinch, but in today's economy, it's smarter for me to buy a month subscription for some of these issues rather than a years subscription just to get certain video games to work.
