Contacted Gemstone Yoni Eggs twice and finally received the following response from Alexis Maze:

Customer satisfaction is something that we value most highly; from start to finish. As a result we try our best to respond to each of our emails & direct messages as quickly as they come.
If you refer to our returns policy you will note that we happily exchange any and all items (within 14 days) if they were damaged during transport, but due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been used.
I am so sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this type of irritation. We have never received complaints regarding the drilled holes on our yoni eggs before as each one is carefully inspected upon arrival as well as during packaging. I inspected your pictures and they appear to have no marks of concern. Nevertheless, I would most definitely recommend seeing a healthcare professional to see that your wellness concerns are addressed and there are no underlying issues.
The picture that I sent to Gemstone Yoni Eggs clearly show the visible damage, but yet the company wants to pretend to be so concerned, yet refuses to replace the egg. The drilled holes are rough and scratchy as I informed Gemstone Yoni Eggs in my email...
This my 2nd attempt contacting you! I have not yet received a response from my previous email sent via your website. At any rate, I would like to have this yoni egg replaced or a full refund issued. The drilled holes are extremely rough and scratched my insides when I removed it. The drilled holes are so rough and abrasive that it even frayed the string I attached to it. I failed to notice the roughness when cleaning and clearing the egg, it was only when examining the egg after a painful removal that I noticed the drilled holes were rough and jagged. Your response to this matter would be greatly appreciated!
I also posted a comment on their FaceBook page and left a negative review on their website!
LADIES... DO NOT BUY A YONI EGG FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
