General awnings To who this may concern, beware, I bought a door awning from these guys, when I put it up it was so flimzy, it looked like it wouldn't hold up in any kind of wind. They would not take it back, period. Aurora Co.

 I bought a awning from General Awnings On the intenet, and called them about a door awning. They sold me a door awning for my house. When it came, I started to slide the peaces together, to assemble it,  the peaces keep coming apart, I got them to stay barely, but it was very flimsy, afterwards. I started to install it on my house, and it sagged in the middle, this was because it was so flimsy. It looked like it wouldn't hold up in any kind of wind, and I live in a very awindy area. I took it down, and put it back in the box it came in. I then called them to get my money back, and I paid them with my credit card, $180 for it. When I called them, they woud not take it back, that was their company policy, because the box was open, ant I tried to install it. I told how flimsy the thing was, and they should, wouldn't take it back, no matter what I said. Beware of buying anything from these s****.>
