I ordered a $500 generator from this company on Dec 2nd 2014 via their website GeneratorNow.com. It's now Dec 11th and I haven't heard a peep about status since the email I received literally 24 hours after my order stating "Due to high demand the generator will ship by Dec 12th at the latest". Yet they charged my card right away (most companies wait until product has shipped).
Nothing has shipped yet and the generator order doesn't even appear to have been processed. NO RESPONSE from company despite several attempts to contact and two "support tickets" created through their website. They do not answer their CS phone. EVER. I have sent them an email to their "admin" which they state is for questions regarding my order. Nothing back from them either. THIS IS A SCAM. If it turns out differently I will update but I am 24 hours away from reporting this to my credit card's fraud department as a scam and cancelling payment.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They are based out of Denver Colorado supposedly. They use a service to block their identity on the web and seem to be a very secretive company. I have read another report almost identical to mine against this site. The company is supposedly only 1 year old(???). Who knows....

The company has terrible communication but I did receive the generator 2 weeks after orderng. Never got a single status update until the day before delivery. Delivery was fine.

Dec 15th now - still no response despite several attempts to contact. Item has not shipped. Two weeks of silence. The company-promised "latest ship date" has passed.
