Genix Lab / Slim Easy Pro Did not receive any products but credit card was charge $88.97 Internet

I received a popup on the Internet offering a diet shake product. They offer 15 shakes plus an Adkins bar for $4.99 shipping and handling. I did not know they were automatically signing me up as a member. I have not received any products and they have now charged my credit card $88.97. I contacted them at the 1-866-360-1477 and was told I would have to email support@slimeasypro.com to request a refund.

I googled GENIX LAB / SLIM EASY PRO and found that others had been ripped off by this company also. They continue to charge their accounts even after they had canceled. I have no choice but to call and dispute this charge with my credit card company. They are going to contact GENIX LAB / SLIM EASY PRO to cancel the monthly charges. I was told if SLIM EASY continues to send charges to my account after being notified to stop billing, they will be fined.

The credit card company also suggested that I close my credit card account and open another, just to be on the safe side.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, BUY (((competitor's name redacted))) AND AVOID THE HEADACHE.

On the plus side, I may have lost a few pounds today worrying about this crap.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
