I ordered a 30 day free trial for a product called "colonaid700" from Genix Labs in Glendale, CA. They required me to pay S&H for $5.99 up front with a credit card. Within 15 days of placing my order for the 30 day free trial, they charged my credit card $88.97 without my consent. When I tried to call them to cancel my order and have my money refunded, they placed me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me. When I called back and finally got through to them, they told me that I had to request a refund by sending a request online at "suupport@colonaid700.com".
Meanwhile, I had to cancel my credit card to stop further unauthorized charges to it. This company should be shut down. It is a complete scam. Their phone number is 1-866-360-1477.
