On Wednesday, February 18th at 4:00pm my husband and myself appeared at your location for our pre-arranged presentation. We were not aware of the exact type of presentation but we did know that it involved travel of some sort. We also were promised by Valerie on the phone on two separate occasions that we would receive two roundtrip tickets anywhere within the Continental United States, to be determined at our discretion and good for one year from date of issue. We were also promised by Valerie in both the same telephone calls that in addition we would also receive a 7 day car rental, as well for one year from date of issue and to be used at our discretion and it did not have to be at the same time as we used the airfare.

At the end of our time with the woman who made the presentation we were again promised the aforementioned vouchers. At that time the woman left and sent in Kurt who then advised us he did not have those specific vouchers on hand. We could elect to receive airfare and hotel at that instant or wait for the items that were actually promised to us. We agreed to wait for the items to come in.

Upon leaving Kurt had us sign a form, that he signed as well, that we would receive the items promised. My husband asked Debbie for a card, she had none (awfully strange if you're trying to promote your business).

February 25th I spoke to Kurt again inquiring about the vouchers. At first he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and suggested I call the number in Las Vegas. When I explained a bit more he suddenly recalled the situation.

I was advised by Kurt and Debbie that if I did not have any vouchers in hand within one month to call them again and we would be given information on how to track the vouchers or that we would receive the vouchers. It has not been a full month to date, however I am writing to let you know that I expect to have those items promised to me by that date (March 18th), or else reimbursement for same. We plan on using the vouchers for round trip airfare from Seattle to Newark in July. The current lowest cost on Continental (we have to fly nonstop as we are travelling with a dog) is $438.00 per person. Currently to rent a minivan for one week it ranges anywhere from $489.00 to 600.00. Thus I would expect reimbursement in the amount of $1420.50 (438.00 X2 + 544.50 for car).
