Georgia Power manufactured "forged" an easement document to prove they had easement rights over my property. They cut and killed between 10-12 tress that were 12 years old and up.

When they appeared at magistrate court, where we had attmepted to charge them with criminal trespass and damages to property, they perjured themselves to the judge by claiming they have an easement granted to them. They also said the pole next door (that is causing the problem on my property because the lines now cross 40 feet over my property and they cut additional 15 feet, so they are cutting tress in an area of 100' x 60+') has been in the exact same location since 1941-42.

Maybe they think everyone in Georgia is stupid, but we live in the next to the highest deterioration zone in this Country, Florida is first. The poles do not last 60+ years!

In Superior Court, they used the fraudulent document. When we asked to have the document stricken, GA Power then asks for a continuance so they can depose us, then they can explain why they are using a forged document as their proof of an easement. How in the hell is deposing anyone except GA Power employees going to give them the reason they are using a forged document. They provided us with the documents we have and they provided the Court with the document they are using as proof.

We told the Judge Becker, (who is up for re-election this year, she is bought and paid for) that Georgia Power is the one that used a forged document. We didn't give the document to them that continuance is a bad-faith effort for delay. Of course, she has refused to rule on our Motion to Strike, Motion to Stay and their continuance. Now GA Power has convinced the Court that we have refused to participate in Discovery, and the idiot Judge Becker is going along with them even though the Record clearly shows that we have conducted discovery.
