Gerd Kelm hat in Deutschland und Spanien mehrere Strafanzeigen wegen
Anstifftung zur ausgefhrter Krperverletzung, Rufmord durch Falschaussagen im Internet und durch Dritte,
usw. erhalten. Er beauftragt Dritte seine nachgewiesenen Lgen zu verbreiten.
Nun versucht er gegen hohe Bezahlung Internetspezialisten zu finden, welche
im World Wide Web fr ihn ttig werden.
Der Grund dafr ist reine primitive Rache, da er 2 Strafprozesse mit 3 Anwlten
gegen die Firma EUROPEAN INVELSTMENT AN CONSULTING TRUST SL in allen Instanzen verloren hat. (siehe Info. unter: www kelm-richtigstellung.pl.am)
Nun bentzt er selbstkreierte Texte um durch Eintrge auf solchen Seiten wie diese, die Firma weiter zu schdigen. Dabei gibt er sich als geschdigter Kunde aus. natrlich anonym.
Er war so hemmungslos, dass er sogar ein Unternehmen aus der Dom.Republik beauftragt hat,
mit maffiahnlichen Methoden gegen die Inhaberin der Firma vorzugehen.
Er selbst gibt sich als Saubermann aus. Er ist ja ein "President Member" bei HERBALIFE.

Am 20.03.2012 gegen 15.00h wurde in den Brorumen der European Investment and Consulting Trust S.L., Palma de Mallorca, Frau Beatrice Delgado-Barrientos festgenommen.
gegen 21.00h wurde im Privathaus in Palmanova der Ehemann,
Prinz Jrgen Ludwig zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg festgenommen.
Bei den Hausdurchsuchungen wurden Computer und Unterlagen beschlagnahmt. Es
soll noch weitere Festnahmen gegeben haben. Die Personen sitzen in Palma in Untersuchungshaft.

In den vergangenen Wochen sind im Internet vermehrt Websites erschienen, auf welchen
zum Nachteil des Herrn Gerd Kelm, im Zusammenhang mit der spanischen Firma
European Investment & Consulting Trust S.L. und den Privatpersonen, Herrn Jrgen
Refior alias Prinz zu Hohenlohe und Frau Betrice Delgado-Barrientos, diffamierende
Inhalte verbreitet wurden.
Herr Gerd Kelm wird der Begehung verschiedener Straftaten insbesondere der Ntigung
und Bedrohung zum Nachteil des Herrn Jrgen Prinz zu Hohenlohe und der Frau
Beatrice Delgado-Barrientos bezichtigt.
Hierzu stellen wir richtig, dass Herr Gerd Kelm weder zum Nachtile des Herrn Jrgen
zu Hohenlohe, noch zum Nachteil der Frau Beatrice Delgado Barrientos, jemals den
Straftatbestand der Bedrohung oder Ntigung oder andere Straftatbestnde verwirklicht
hat.
Die Firma European Investment & Consulting Trust SL hat ihre Anleger mittlerweile
davon in Kenntnis gesetzt, bereits im Dezember 2011 vor dem Gericht fr Handelssachen
in Palma de Mallorca Insolvenz angemeldet zu haben und bittet ihre Anleger um
die Aufnahme von Vergleichsverhandlungen bzw. um Stundung zur Erstellung eines
geeigneten Finanzierungsplans.

The publication about the company EUROPEAN INVESTMENT TRUST AND CONSULTING S.L. is nothing else as an act of revenge from Gerd Kelm. He don`t accept, that he can not cancel contracts with our company when ever he want. A contract is a contract. We must not give money back before the contract is finish. He has lost court cases in ALL instances against our company.
Now he try with false statements to injure the company. He do like he is a client. He has already two lawsuits in Germany and Spain for inciting injury and spreading false facts.
This fact makes him so angry that he write annonym false statements, only to satisfy his desire for revenge. Who don`t believe my statement about the correctness of my statement can contact for all informations our lawyers.
