Get 10,000 Fans, Brian Moran, Five Minute Fan Page Canceled subscription and was continually charged.  Ellicott City Maryland

I ordered 5 minute fan page through get 10000 fans to increase exposure for my online internet business.  At first I could really see this working.  The deapth and breadth of knowlege was quite substantial.  After the purchase I quickly realized unless you majored in marketing/advertising on the internet that it wasn't going to take 5 minutes to complete the page.  All in all it took me about a week, and I still didn't have all the pieces of the puzzle in place.  There is a monthly charge to keep the page up and running.  The charge shows up every month.  I tried to cancel multiple times and I was unable to get through.  I also submitted tickets to cancel my subscription and I recieved and automated reply stating that someone will follow up and not to submit multiple tickets.  

I then began to try and locate a customer service number, and the company changed their name to psycic marketing.  The hours are all EST, and in a very tight window.  I finally got through to a Lori in May 2013 and she stated, that she saw I wasn't using the fan page anymore and stated she would cancel and refund that month.  

It's going into October and I checked my monthly statement and I was still getting charged!  I called multiple times again, getting a run around and the customer service rep kept trying to get me off the phone.  I told her no, I'm not getting off the phone until this is resolved, b/c the last time I was told it would be taken care of it wasn't.  

This is a complete breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.  It is apparent to me that Get 10,000 fans is more concerend about their bottom line and not about increasing their customers bottom line as they promised.
