Terms of service breach. 2 sets of 20 stickers ordered have not been delivered. GetGlue is stating they have ceased all production of physical sticker orders which is their end of bargain for members allowing the use of their data for ratings/rankings of multimedia productions to be sold to cable networks for twice its value. They are to uphold to sending 20 personalized selected televison, movie, music, or topic 2.5 inch diameter stickers within 4-6 week period. it has been 9 weeks for 1 and another 5 for another, then just processed another order making it a third that has been stated will definitely not be fufilled. This is not part of contract.
GetGlue stated in an email yesterday 11/26/13 that they would be eliminating the online and mobile server sites for the check in social app/site. They stated that Dec 2nd this would occur. Yesterday was not Dec 2nd, yet there was a post put up on GetGlues official blog stating GetGlue in New Direction, that they have decided not to provide members with the signed upon agreement of 20 free shipping and production of choice based stickers per month, all sticlkers will now be digital. They will not return any e-mail inquiries. Phone calls are being re-routed to an answering service. Generic -joking about situation as if it is funny to scam customers while making a profit off of them on comments made within their Facebook Group account wall. This is not okay.
Four years of commitment, promoting, sharing, referring, and only to be shut out- and left with no access to anyone of 4.5 million members physical stickers or an alternative method of obtaining fair, earned, unlocked, stickers that become ones after achieving them. Some of these achievements require a significant amount of dedication to time sensative checking in. 72 hours worth of 67 Breaking Bad Marathon stickers are gone. Committed members stayed awake 3 days to obtain these stickers. Another weeks worth of 50- Dr Who 50th year anniversary stickers were locked and unaccessible upon the final 50th sticker being achieved.The order my stickers button suddenly disappeared for all members, and post went up on blog.

Unfilled orders

I have not received 2 of my past orders. They sent me confirmation numbers and I have emailed them about both numbers even though the latest one isn't quite overdue, but I felt I needed to include it because of the previous unfilled order.
This was not the first time they did not fill my order. 2 orders, before they started the pick your own sticker option, were not received. After I placed my first picked out stickers guess what showed up...the latest unreceived order. I still have not received the older batch. Unfortunately they did not send confirmation emails back then.
The next day they put up the announcement that the old site and app will be discontinued Dec 2 and we will only be able to unlock stickers from the new site. The day after that they started the virtual gifs and suddenly announced no more mailed stickers on their blog. I checked my sticker list and saw they had already removed the countdown and date until my next order is available. There was no warning about this.
We knew for 10 months about the switch from the old site to the new, many of us sticking with the old because of how bad the new site is, but this change to no mailed stickers is completely unexpected. It is called GetGlue so I thought real stickers would always be available.

I also have not recieved orders. Nothing in their terms of service says you can not have multiple accounts. So I'm due aprox 26 orders as of right now. I have emailed their support more times than I can count, posted on their blog & facebook and noone ever contacts me. As of 7:28pm est on 11/27 it still states on their website the following: www.getglue.com/faq
How do I order physical copies of my stickers?
Once you’ve unlocked 20 stickers you can request to have your stickers mailed to you for free! Head over to your profile page (You > Profile or http://getglue.com/profile) and click on the Stickers tab to show your sticker list. Click the “Order Now” button and you will be prompted to choose 20 stickers from your sticker list.
Once you’ve chosen 20, you can view your order. Finally, you can submit your address. Simply type in your address, submit it, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order ID number. We send 20 stickers at a time, and orders take about 4-8 weeks to arrive.
How often can I order stickers?
You can order your next set of stickers after 30 days have passed and you have unlocked 20 more stickers.
Do I have to pay for my stickers?
Nope. At this time, we send out physical copies of your stickers, in batches of 20, for free.
so since they are simply forbidding sticker orders, isn't this false advertising?
